3. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 15:00 to 22:00 Check-out: By 11:00 Early/Late Arrivals: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations: Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival may incur charges equivalent to one night’s stay. No-shows: In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
Please note that specific cancellation policies may apply to special offers or packages. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with respect. Damages: Any damages or loss caused may result in charges. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside all suites. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
